BackgroundWith the development of society, the change of people’s living habits, thoracic vertebra small joint disorder incidence rate is increasing, bring about mental and physical double burden to more and more groups. And on the thoracic facet joint disorder diagnostic imaging, has always been somewhat blurred, there is no unified defined. We have this situation, to carry out the experimental study.ObjectiveBy means of modern imaging X-ray and CT comparative analysis of thoracic vertebra small joint disorder radio graphic spinal process tilt exhibit correlations in the two examination methods. According to the correlation of the patients before and after a thoracic vertebra small joint disorder clinical symptoms and treatment of pain in the chest and back imaging to study the biographic spinal process tilt and the clinical symptom.MethodsIn 2014 May-2014 year in November randomly selected from the Department of orthopedics of Shenzhen Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital outpatient diagnosis of 60 cases of thoracic vertebra small joint disorder patients. For thoracic X-ray. and CT examination for these patients, the positive rate of check measurement of X-ray and CT spinal process tilt, comparing the differences between the two methods. Then eliminate the check does not meet the thoracic facet joint disorder spinal process tilt case, take the general means of the remaining cases were treated, compared before and after treatment symptom and spinal process tilt measurement data, and the measurement data were measured before and after the difference of correlation analysis.ResultsThis study selected 60 patients enrolled patients with thoracic vertebra small joint disorder symptoms by X-ray radio graphs and three-dimensional CT photos showed that the positive rate of X-ray was 86.7%, the positive rate of CT films is only 41.7%, two with X-ray examination has a higher positive rate, were analyzed by 2 analysis, calculation P=0.007<0.05, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05).8 cases of rejection does not meet the X-ray thoracic Spiro process deviation standard of patients,52 cases enrolled in this study. The patients before treatment, symptoms by the scale alphabetization score was 15.42±4.34, after 1 weeks of treatment score was 2.58 ± 1.29, after treatment scores improved compared with before treatment, the statistical calculation of statistical significance between the two differences exist (P< 0.05); treatment of anterior spinal process tilt was 6.86±2.57,6.78 ± 2.51 after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).ConclusionSimply rely on X-ray spinal process tilt, the false positive rate can be increased biographical spinal process tilt, and thoracic vertebra small joint disorder spinal process imaginative findings and clinical symptoms and no obvious correlation.
