Li Dongyuan’s Inheritance And Development Of The Academic Thought Of Lunar Disease From "Yin Fire" Theory

Objective"Yin Fire" theory has an important guiding significance in both ancient Chinese medicine or modern Chinese medicine treatment of diseases. This paper attempts to explore the "Yin Fire" theory of Li Dongyuan, combined with the related discuss of Lunar disease of Shang Han Lun, and to analyze Li Dongyuan’s inheritance and development of the academic thought of Lunar disease.MethodsThis research based on literature analysis, supplemented by academic medicine research, to "Yin Fire" as the subject, to analyze the concept of " Yin fire" and the related content of Lunar disease. Through the link control study, to explore the inheritance and development of Li Dongyuan’s academic thought of Lunar disease.ResultsThis paper is divided into five chapters through the arrangement. The first chapter told about Li Dongyuan’slife and his works. The second chapter was to introduce "Yin Fire" theory. The th i rd chapter analyzed the development and clinical application of "Yin Fire" theory. The fourth chapter was the summary of Lunar disease. The fifth chapter expatiated Li Dongyuan’s inheritance and development of the academic thought of Lunar disease from pathogeny, Pathogenesis, treatment and nursing.ConlusionWe find that the pathogeny of "Yin Fire" theory of Li Dongyuan is similar to Lunar disease’pathogeny through the research. They both caused by congenital deficiencies, six exopathogens, seven emotions, improper diet, overstrain., as well as the mistreatment of San-Yang disease. In the pathogenesis, "Yin Fire" theory isn’t only related to the deficiency of spleen and the disorder of Qi, but also to the loss of Kidney Yin and the Kidney Water out of control.It inherited the treatment of protecting spleen and stomach of Lunar disease, developed the treatment of "Clear Heat by Warming" At last, he presented methods to protect and nurse spleen and stomach, which filled the loss of Lunar disease.
