Promotion Of Ginsenosidee Rg1 On Proliferation And Osteogenic Potential Of Human Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells

Obiective:To evaluate the effects of gnsenoside Rgl on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation in human periodontal ligament stem cells.Methods:Human PDLSCs were co-cultured with the gnsenoside Rgl solution (1×10-5mol/L),and then proliferation ability and the osteogenic differentiation markers were analyzed in vitro and in vivo.Results:The concentration of 1×10-5 mol/L of the Gnsenoside Rgl might enhance the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of human PDLSCs and improve the expression of osteoblast-related genes dramaticlly.There were same results in vivo.Conclusion:Gnsenoside Rgl has a positive effects on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.of human periodontal ligament stem cells.
