Varieties Sorting And Preliminary Pharmacognostic Study On Medicinal Herbs Qingyedan Produced In Yunnan

Objective:Sorting out the varieties of herb Qingyedan produced in Yunnan, doing pharmacognosy study on herb Qingyedan commonly used, preliminarily consctructing the Pharmacognosy database of herb Qingyedan, in order to provide the basis for using correctly an evaluating the quality of medicinal materials, and lay the foundation for expanding and searching the new medicinal resources. Method: This thesis use literature studying and field visit to investigate the resource distribution of the original herb plants and sort out the varieties of herb Qingyedan produced in Yunnan. Using pharmacognosy methods to study 12 kinds of commonly used Qingyedan drugs, identifing its original source,observing and describing the characteristics of medicinal materials, using microscope to observe the structure of stem and leaf, and the characteristics of the powder and pollen grains. Calculating the stomatal index range of medicinal plants by micro quantitative analysis technique and statictical methods. Preliminarily clearing the composition characteristics of herb Qingyedan from different origins by TLC constracting. Result: Established the species retrival table by comprehensive comparing the characheristics and microstructures of herb Qingyedan, and known the difference of effective ingredients contained in different kinds by TLC constracting, but the actual content need further measuring. Conclusions: Knowing the species,resouce distribution and usage by investigating the original medicinal resouces of herb Qingyedan in Yunnan, and having a comprehensive pharmacognosy identification study on 12 kinds of herb Qingyedan commonly used, prelinimarily established the pharmacognosy database of herb Qingyedan produced in Yunnan, provide the basis for clinical medication guide and provenance selection of anti hepatitis ingredients in ethnis medcine.
