Objective:Analysis of use of lumbar cistern continuous drainage (LCCD) in endovascular treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH)Methods:Retrospective analysis of 75 neurosurgical patients with anerysm rupture causing subarachnoid hemorrhage.35 aSAH patients who used LCCD in 24h after operation were divided as treatment group,40 patients who used routine lumbar puncture treatment after operation were divided as control group. Duration of headache, GCS evaluation after 1 week, Fisher score after 3 days and 7 days, the incidence rate of the symptomatic cerebral vasospasm, the incidence rate of the hydrocephalus and the GOS score after 3 weeks were statistically compared between two groups. Results:Headache duration was reduced more rapidly in treatment group; The Fisher evaluation and GCS evaluation was significantly better in the treatment group; The incidence rate of the symptomatic cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus was significantly lower in treatment group; GOS evaluation after 3 weeks surgery was significantly higher in treatment group. Conclusion:LCCD when used early in aSAH patients who performed endovascular treatment have decreased the duration of headache; GCS evaluation was recoveried rapidly; Accelerated clearance of blood in subarachnoid; Decreased the incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus; Improved the prognosis.
