Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Antibiotics Combined With Andriol In The Treatment Of â…¢ B Prostatitis With Sexual Dysfunction

Objective:Through a non-blind,randomized control study, observe the change of efficacy of quinolone antibiotics and antibiotic with Andriol were treated with III A prostatitis in patients with sexual dysfunction and observe before and after the treatment, the testosterone,estradiol, estradiol/testosterone ratio.To explore the mechanism of III A chronic prostatitis with sexual dysfunction on androgen therapy.Method:2014 September to 2015 January selected in the Department of Urology and male family outpatient service of our hospital, accord with the USA National Institutes of Health (NIH) in 60 patients with the diagnosis standard of III A prostatitis and sexual dysfunction patients.Patients were randomized into control group and intervention group.The quinolones antibiotics and antibiotic with Andriol treated with III A prostatitis patients with sexual dysfunction were observed before and after by USA National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI), international index of erectile function (IIEF-5), premature ejaculation diagnosis table score changes, and changes in testosterone, estradiol, estradiol/testosterone ratio.Results:1.Two groups of patients after administration of NIH CPSI score, premature ejaculation diagnosis scale, level of estradiol, E2/T ratio have declined compared with before treatment.They have the statistical significance.2.Two groups of patients after administration of IIEF-5 score and testosterone levels have increased compared with before treatment. They have the statistical significance.3.Compared with the control group before and after the administration,the decline rate of the intervention group of NIH CPSI score, the ratio of E2/T,is bigger.The results have the statistical significance.4.Compared with the control group before and after the administration,the increased rate of the intervention group of IIEF-5 score, testosterone levels,is bigger.The results have the statistical significance.5.Before and after treatment, the results of premature ejaculation diagnosis scale, estradiol level decreased amplitude comparison between groups of two groups have not statistically significant.Conclusion:By using Testosterone Undecanoate for III A prostatitis patients,the hormone levels have a certain degree of change.Testosterone levels are significantly improved.Testosterone Undecanoate can cure the symptoms of chronic prostatitis and erectile dysfunction.And it provides new ideas for clinical treatment of such patients.
