Objectives:Subjects be tested IVA-CPT by testers under high stress environment and low stress environment, to explore whether there is a difference between the two IVA-CPT tests in different environment.Method:The subjects are grade 1-3 who come from a primary school, a total of 50 cases (24male and 26 female).By experimental research, first, the subjects be tested IVA-CPT by testers under high-stress environments, a month later The same subjects be tested IVA-CPT by the same testers under low stress environment, gathering the 28 quotients of IVA-CPT, explore whether there is a difference. The multiple linear regression was applied between the factor scores and aggregate scores of Conners Scale and SNAP-IV Scale and the 28 quotients of IVA-CPT.Results:There are statistically significant of quotients of auditory cautious quotient、auditory warning quotient、hyperactivity quotient、balance quotient、 visual understanding quotient、auditory sensory/motor quotient、auditory response control quotient visual response control quotient and auditory attention quotient with statistical meanings(P<0.05).There are correlations between the each factor score and total scores of Conners teacher rating scale and the SNAP-IV scale and some quotients of IVA-CPT, and the correlations are major negative. The quotients of multiple linear regression equation of high stress environment is eleven, and the quotients of multiple linear regression equation of low stress environment is fourteen.Conclusions:(1)The change of the environment can affect attentional function, IVA-CPT tests of low stress environment be worthy of further research. (2)There is possible separation phenomenon of visual and auditory attentional function. (3)For multiple linear regression equation, the lower score of quotient, the higher score of the scale.(4)The low stress environment may be closer to the classroom environment.
