Objective: Through the comparison and analysis of research and clinical value of PSAm RNA and DD3 m RNA expression in prostate cancer patients with urine and peripheral blood, and PSAm RNA and DD3 m RNA expression and the relationship between each other. Providing multiple targets and many markers for early diagnosis and evaluation of specific therapeutic effect of prostate cancer.Methods: Through fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(FQRTPCR)detection method, content of normal people in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were measured in 34 patients with confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer in 73 cases, confirmed and 23 patients with chronic prostatitis patients and 20 healthy physical examination of urine and peripheral blood Ps A m RNA and DD3 m RNA.Results: 1 The total concentration of RNA obtained for 178 ug / ml, the extraction amount of totalresearch is about 3.9 UG, are in line with the provisions of this study further examinationstandard.
