Objective:Explore MSCT scanning double phase enhanced scan and thin layer reconstruction in the diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH) value,Collect MSCT data, clinical manifestation, clinical data of 31 cases which were confirmed by pathology,in order to retrospectively analyze. By the lesions of MSCT scan and double phase enhanced scan and thin layer reconstruction, we observe the morphology, density, organizational structure of the relationship, performance characteristic image of dual phase enhanced image, at the same time, discuss the signs, symptoms, pathology performance of PSH etc., for improving the diagnosis of the disease, avoid reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods: Collect clinical and imaging data which are 31 cases of clinical pathology diagnosis by the fourth hospital of Hebei medical university during 2008 September to 2014 November for retrospective analysis. All of 31 cases order CT scan, double stage enhanced scan and thin layer scanning. At the same time, I review on the clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics, diagnosis combining with literature in order to analyze retrospectively. Results:The 31 cases of PSH are single lesion distributed randomly with boundary clear.28 cases of edge are round, 3 cases of ellipse, 5 cases irregular, 7 cases of visible light.25 cases of uniform density, 6 cases of uneven.7 cases with calcification, necrosis, and capsule not seen.Discover 16 cases of air-trapping zone, vessels at periphery, 4 cases of halo sign, 0 of the air meniscus sign, 4 cases of pleural thickening, pull, 4 cases of pneumonia.Do not see swollen lymph nodes, unincorporated other tumors. In 19 cases of double phase enhancement, 18 cases of double enhancement scanning are lower enhanced or not strengthened in arterial phase, and obvious enhanced in venous phase. 1 case of double phase is not significantly enhanced.Conclusion:1 Double enhancement scanning are lower enhanced or not strengthenedin arterial phase, and obvious enhanced in venous phase.2 Thin layer reconstruction displays lesions in detail, clearly displays air-trapping zone, vessels at periphery, halo sign, the air meniscus sign, pleural thickening, pull.Air-trapping zone, vessels at periphery is common and sensitive, the rare sign is the air meniscus sign, but it has specificity. They improves the diagnostic detection rate significantly.3 Size of lesion and the degree of the strengthening is be relevant, small lesions improved obviously, and arterial venous phase reinforcement degree is high, and more uniform reinforcement. Halo sign can be used as auxiliary diagnosis. Calcified form is diversiform, see more on gravel.
