Objectives:Detection caused by various reasons of infertility patients serum, peritoneal fluid medium laminin (LN), adiponectin (APN), Eotaxin (Eot) content, further study on the correlation between three factors and pelvic adhesion, and role in the formation of pelvic cavity adhesion. Methods:Select from 90 infertile patients underwent laparoscopic exploration, according to the intraoperative exploration results without adhesion in normal control group, non endometriosis adhesion group and endometriosis adhesion group Three. Adhesion group according to the mAFS standard is divided into mild, moderate and severe adhesion. Each group of patients were collected fasting venous blood before operation, intraoperative pollution-free peritoneal fluid, were determined for each serum, peritoneal fluid in LN, APN, Eot with ELISA method. The correlation between groups were compared and analyzed factors and pelvic adhesion degree by statistical method.Results:1. There was statistical significance, LN in serum, peritoneal fluid compared the differences between the groups (P<0.05); There is no adhesion adhesion group and normal control group had significant difference (P<0.05), and the content of LN adhesion groups were higher than that of no adhesion group. The LN content in adhesion group serum, peritoneal fluid is compared between the each group, there were no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2. APN in serum, peritoneal fluid compare and comparing any two differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); Among them, without adhesion in normal control group of APN content were higher than that of non endometriosis adhesion group, both higher than that of endometriosis adhesion group.3. There was statistical significance in serum, peritoneal fluid of Eot to compare the differences between the groups (P<0.05); Multiple comparison of endometriosis adhesion group and no adhesion in normal control group, the non endometriosis adhesion group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), after compared differences between the two groups showed no statistical significance (P>0.05); And the content of Eot in the endometriosis adhesion group above after group content of two.4. In the non endometriosis adhesion group, endometriosis adhesion group, the level of adhesion was positively correlated with the content of LN in serum (r=0.399,0.488, P<0.05); With peritoneal fluid LN content were positively correlated (r=0.351,0.383, P<0.05); And negatively correlated with the content of APN in serum (r=-0.371,-0.364, P<0.05); With peritoneal fluid APN content were negatively correlated (r=-0.387,-0.451, P<0.05); Was positively correlated with the serum content of Eot (r=0.414,0.478, P<0.05); And peritoneal fluid Eot content were positively correlated (r=0.478,0.459, P<0.05); All of the above were statistically significance.5. The correlation analysis of LN, APN, Eot in adhesions group:In the peritoneal fluid of non endometriosis adhesion group, LN was positively related with Eot (r=0.385,P<0.05); APN and Eot was negative correlation (r=-0.392,P<0.05);In adhesions group, APN and Eot in serum, peritoneal fluid was negatively correlated (r=-0.297,-0.414, P<0.05); It was no obvious correlation between the remaining groups(P>0.05).6. The differences of serum LN, APN, Eot content and adhesion rate tip:The ad hesion rate in high levels of serum LN group with low levels of the group, the medi um levels of the group with low levels of group, differences were statistically signific ant (X2=8.864,5.711, P<0.05), And the content of high, medium adhesion rate were gr eater than low content in groups; The adhesion rate between serum APN levels in the group with high content and medium, low content of group, difference were statisticall y significant(X2=17.778,17.778,P>0.05). However, the adhesion rate of high content gro up were less than the content of low, medium group; The differences between Serum Eot two differences between two groups and the rest of the group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. LN, APN, Eot three factors are involved in the pathogenesis of pelvic adhesions.2. LN, APN, Eot three factors the content of high and low may be associated with pelvic adhesion severity.3.LN may be associated with the formation of endometriosis lesions have no obvious correlation.4. APN may be associated with the produce of endometriosis lesions.5. Eot may be have no significant correlation with the produce of pelvic adhesion in non endometriosis patients.6. Eot increased secretion may contribute to the produce of pelvic adhesions in endometriosis patients.7. LN, APN, Eot three factors may through the interaction participate in the formation of pelvic adhesions.
