The Application Progress Of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy In Chronic Heart Failure

The CRT-D play an important role in cardiac resynchronization and automatic defibrillation so that can reduce the mortality of heart failure to a more lower level.Since 1990 when Hochleituer firstly put forward that using double heart chamber pacemaker and short AV period could improve cardiac function,many clinical trials have confirmed the result that CRT used in patients with chronic heart failure is safe and effective both at home and abroad in the nearly more than 10 years.C RT as a new method exploring forward,its focus has turned to how to optimize the CRT and ICD backup support(CRT-D),broaden the crowd that adapted to the technology nowadays from the original C RT on or not.This article mainly revolves around CRT in the history of the treatment improvement for chronic heart failure and its research difficulties.
