The Study Of Latex-enhanced Immunoturbidimetric Assay Of Endostatin Detection Kit And Glycated Albumin Enzymatic Detection Kit

Currently, domestic detection method of endostatin is enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), which is time-consuming and expensive. We hope to be able to find another effctive method which can rapidly and conveniently detect endostatin. Latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay is with good specificity and high sensitivity characteristics, it also can reduce the nonspecific agglutination and has a low false positive rate. Therefore, this subject is aimed to research and development a kind of domestic recombinant human endostatin detection kit with high quality and low price, which is important to reduce the burden of the patients. Methods adopted in the research is using chicken antibodies (IgY) mark a suitable particle size of the latex instead of rabbit antibody (IgG), taking good linear range and larger range as the standard. Objective to investigate the most appropriate concentration of PEG6000,detection wavelength, sample volume and draw standard curve, determining the linear range of detection. The experimental results show that latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay of endostatin detection kit has got the preliminary preparation. It provides new options for scientific research and clinical detection of endostatin.Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a common endocrine and metabolic disease, DM patients have chronic complications due to poor long-term glycemic control, The level of blood glucose was strictly controlled which is an effective means of treating diabetes and preventing complications. At present, the indicators of glycaemic control is mainly glycated albumin (GA) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc). The study found that glycated albumin (GA) detection for diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of gestational diabetes mellitus. The earliest determination method of GA is High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), its accuracy and cost is high,it’s not suitable for clinical detection. Therefore, the method has not been widely used. Later Japan Asahi Kasei Pharma Co., Ltd. developed a liquid reagent, Ketone Amine Oxidase assay detection of GA, the steps of method are easy to operate, and it has high repeatability. The method can be used in automatic biochemical analyzer. We start methodological research on glycated albumin enzymatic detection kit in this study.
