Development Of Mongolian Medicine Pre-survey Version Syndrome Diagnostic Scale Of Aplastic Anemia

Objective:To develop Mongolian medicine preliminary survey version syndrome diagnostic scale of Aplastic anemia.Methods: Firstly,we according to the principles and methods of the scale’development, and combine with the Mongolian medicine theory to develop Mongolian medicine preliminary survey version syndrome diagnostic scale of Aplastic anemia. Secondly,we reference for successful method of development and relevant literature research results of the study about scale domestic and abroad, and in detail comprehend the connotation of scale of dimensions,face and items, and procedure.We combine the Mongolian medicine’s six basic disease cause that contain Heyi,Xila,Badagan,Qisu,Xieriwusu and nian with dimensions of scale.We found items in dimension and develop theory frame of scale.Base on the above step,we through four method that review literature and medical case, interview patient, expert consultation to develop items and according to experts’ guidance analysis and arrangement the items, we collect 142 items and form this scale’s item pool which was classified six basic disease.We made two times experts questionnaire(Delphi method) and patients questionnaire screened and optimized items,retain 54 items and according cluster analysis method classified those items.Finally,by expert’s demonstration meeting determine four syndrome constitute Mongolian medicine preliminary survey version syndrome diagnostic scale of Aplastic anemia.Results: By statistic and expert’s demonstration meeting,we develop Mongolian medicine preliminary survey version syndrome diagnostic scale of Aplastic anemia that consist of four syndrome which contain excess of Heyi Xila that have 15 items,excess of Qisu Xila that have 10 items, excess of Badagan Heyi that have 12 items,aggregate type have 17 items.Conclusion:By this study we develop Mongolian medicine preliminary survey version syndrome diagnostic scale of Aplastic anemia which consist of four syndrome and lay a foundation for formal scale and it’s liability and validity.
