Objective:This study intend to observe the efficacy and toxicity in the Radiofrequency ablation which is effective method for single tumor metastasis, combined with irinotecan and capecitabine treatment in postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer liver metastasis. Methods:Totally 108 patients was collected from the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university, affiliated cancer hospital of Zhengzhou University and Mianchi County People’s Hospital from January 2010 to January 2011. Patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer clinical data which was hospitalized at oncology and interventional department were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were confirm by CT guided liver biopsy pathology. A group:56 cases of postoperative colorectal cancer with liver metastases systemic chemotherapy failure, and no other organ metastasis and is expected to survival more than 6 months. The patients by using the radiofrequency ablation treatment for liver metastases melting all or partial melting, review basic returned to normal routine blood and liver function and KPS score greater than 60 points after chemotherapy has not used " irinotecan" and "capecitabine for the drugs such as" irinotecan combined capecitabine "four lines of systemic chemotherapy cycle, specific usage:irinotecan 100mg/m2, ivgtt,30minutes, dl, d8; Capecitabine 1000mg/m2, Po, bid, d1-14. For a period of 21 days, Two or more cycles of chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity evaluation. B group:52 cases of colorectal cancer after chemotherapy after surgery in patients with liver metastasis, and after many times of chemotherapy progression, after chemotherapy has not used " irinotecan " and "capecitabine" drug applications such as" irinotecan combined capecitabine" systemic chemotherapy, and preparation method. The finish time of follow-up was patients died. The entire group of patients before and after treatment in comprehensive review to understand the status of the body. Line after radiofrequency ablation A group without contraindications systemic chemotherapy after 2 cycles of chemotherapy after the evaluation of curative effect, the partial melting is according to the condition of subsequent treatment feasible and ablation for many times, if there is no serious complications with systemic chemotherapy simultaneously; The B group in the absence of contraindications systemic chemotherapy after 2 cycles of chemotherapy curative effect after evaluation. Overall survival of all patients and two subgroups of survival using SPSS17.0 statistical software processing, survive the Kaplan-Meier follow-up data processing method, using chi-square test comparing the difference between the different factors in efficient ways. Results:A group 56 cases, the entire group CR 20 cases, PR 26 cases, SD 4 cases,6 cases of PD and efficient (RR) was 82.1%(46/56), the clinical benefit rate was 89.3%(50/56); Tumor median survival was 27 months, to observe the finish 1,2,3 year survival rate was 82.1%(46/56),71.4%(40/56),41.1%(23/56),Significant recovery times after treatment than before treatment liver review; Toxic effects mainly in bone marrow suppression, mucositis, extremities syndrome and gastrointestinal reaction. B group:52 patients were all can evaluate curative effect after two cycles of chemotherapy, the entire group CR 0 cases, PR 18 cases, SD 10 cases,24 cases of PD and efficient (RR) was 34.6%(18/52), the clinical benefit rate was 53.8%(28/52); The median tumor progression time was 8.2 months. After treatment is multiple reexamination liver result treatment before the recovery is not obvious, and even worse to observe,1,2,3 year survival rate was 50.0%(26/52), 38.5%(20/52),17.3%(9/52). Toxic effects mainly in bone marrow suppression, mucositis, extremities syndrome and gastrointestinal reaction. Treatment group compared with control group no difference between the toxicity reaction of statistics, term effect statistically significant differences, long-term effect was statistically significant differences, liver function recovery after treatment, statistically significant differences have been short-term effect statistically significant differences, long-term effect was statistically significant differences, liver function recovery after treatment, statistically significant differences have been. Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation combined irinotecan and capecitabine in the treatment of liver metastasis after colorectal cancer chemotherapy after surgery has arelatively good curative effect, thus not only pay attention to the local treatment, and the systemic treatment, really reached the anti-tumor Comprehensive treatment. And adverse reaction can tolerate, small trauma, no pain, medication safety and save money, can significantly improve the life quality and prolong the overall survival.
