The Safety Analysis Of Dental Extraction To The Olds With Cardiovascular Diseases With The Use Of Medical Monitor

Objectives: To analysis security of the old with cardiovasculardiseases during dental extraction proceed.Methods: In order to compare their clinical features, a retrospectivestudy of13527cases was designed including the gender composition,age distribution and systemic disease. In the second part, we try toanalyze the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and arrhythmia,myocardial ischemia of elder patients with hypertension during dentalextraction. Comparison of the cardiovascular events relevance ratiobetween ECG and Holter was made in the third part.Results:(1) The old people are the major part of outpatients (75.3%),especially the people aged from70to79. They may suffer fromhypertension, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmia, cerebral vascular accident, diabetes mellitus et al.(2) Significant differences can be observed of the systolicpressure both in different time of the proceed and between male andfemale.(3) Holter has a higher relevance ratio of cardiovascular eventsrather than ECG.Conclusions:(1) Dental extraction of elder patients with hypertension could becarried out safely and effectively under monitoring.(2) Most patients are over60years old, with hypertension, CHD,arrhythmia and etc.(3) Age, different diseases coexist are considered to be risk factors.Dental therapist can use the new way to evaluate the risk both quicklyand effectively.
