With the fast development of computer network and sensor communicationtechnology recently, more and more new applied technology step into people’s life.Telemedicine becomes a hot spot due to the convenience new technology bring andhigher life quality people demand. The sleep and breath condition of the old man is ageneral social problem, it’s essential to find a way to detect the instant sleep andbreath condition of the aged. Combining computer network and sensorcommunication technology with the Android operation system comprehensively, asuite of solution task can be put forward to guarantee the old man’s health care andmake sure their good sleep quality.Based on the background above, we design and implement a sleep breathdetection system with the name of the evaluation and analysis of real-time respiratoryconditions Based on Oxygen concentration, Oxygen pulse rate and Pressure detection.The system mainly contains two parts, one is the client part, the other is the serverpart. The client part can collect the data of Oxygen concentration and pulse ratetransmitted by the Bluetooth module and analyses the data to detect the real time sleepcondition of the old man, including the breath condition, the pulse rate condition, theevaluation of the physiological parameter of Oxygen concentration and the pulse rate.The server collects the data of heart rate, breathing rate and the pressure (in bed or not)and transmit the data with the Web Service interface to make sure the client get thecondition of the old man, including the breath condition, the heart rate condition, andwhether the old man in bed or not.The design and implement of the system can not only help the hospital to reducethe workload of nurse care and improve work efficiency, but also offers an actualsolution task to the young people to take care their old parents at home at nightwithout frequent sleep condition check.
