Objective To establish a stable model of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis inrats,and investigate the role of intestinal fatty acid-binding protein(IFABP), α-glutationeS transferase(α-GST),LDH and CK-MB in the early diagnosis of SMVT and theintestinal damage.Methods A totle number of108SD rats were randomly divided into controlgroup(group C)(n=36),blocking superior mesenteric vein group of8cm(group A)(n=36)and blocking superior mesenteric vein group of4cm(group B)(n=36).Inferior vena cavablood samples were collected sequentially at2,8,24,36,48and72hours after operationfor observing the activity and change rule of IFABP, α-GST,LDH and CK-MB.Themorphological changes of intestinal tissues were observed with light microscopy.Result Compared with the control group, the activity of IFABP and α-GST weresignificantly increased each time(P<0.05),in the A group, the activity of LDH and CK-MB were significantly increased after8hour(P<0.05). Serum indicator comparison indifferent time of A group: IFABP significantly increased to92.51±27.67ng/ml at2hourafter setting of the model,reached the peak of462.5±198.6ng/ml at36hour, remained ata high level then decreased at72hour after setting of the model(P<0.05).The activity ofα-GST was significantly increased to885.4±51.8ug/ml at2hour and remained at a highlevel (P<0.05).The activity of LDH was significantly increased to395.4±69.5U/L at8hour(P<0.05), then continuously increasing elevate as the time went on(P<0.05). Theactivity of CK-MB was significantly increased to213.4±36.94U/L at8hour(P<0.05),then continuously increasing elevate as the time went on(P<0.05). Compared with thecontrol group,in the B group,the activity of IFABP were significantly increased eachtime(P<0.05), the activity of α-GST and LDH were significantly increased after8hour(P<0.05),the activity of CK-MB was significantly increased after24hour(P<0.05).Serum indicator comparison in different time of B group: IFABP significantly increasedto75.32±22.33ng/ml at2hour after setting of the model,reached the peak of301.5±119.6ng/ml at36hour, remained at a high level then decreased at72hour after setting ofthe model(P<0.05).The activity of α-GST was significantly increased to882.1±48.7ug/ml at8hour,reached the peak of1123.7±105.4ug/ml at36hour,remained at a high level then decreased at72hour after setting of the model(P<0.05).The activity ofLDH was significantly increased to395.4±69.5U/L at8hour(P<0.05), reached the peakof726.6±196.8ug/ml at36hour, remained at a high level then decreased at72hourafter setting of the model(P<0.05). The activity of CK-MB was significantly increasedto286.7±51.13U/L at24hour(P<0.05), reached the peak of492.4±73.62ug/ml at36hour, remained at a high level then decreased at72hour after setting of the model(P<0.05). The injury of intestinal tissue:In the8cm group,it is gradually increase overtime,there is bowel Perforation at72hour.In the4cm group,it is most serious at36hour,and reduce gradually over time.Conclusions1It is beneficial to diagnosis of SMVT at earlier by detecting the activityof IFABP, α-GST,but they do little help to estimate the injury of intestinal tissue.2Theserum index of LDH and CK-MB have a low sensitive to diagnosis of SMVT atearlier,but they can continuously increasing as the injury of intestinal tissue graduallyincrease.3It is beneficial to diagnosis of SMVT at earlier and estimate the intestinaltissue damage by detecting the activity and changing rule of IFABP, a-GST,LDH andCK-MB.
