Objective: To explore the changes of plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)in the patients with acute exacerbation and stable stage of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease (COPD) and their clinical significance.Methods:28patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,30patients with tablestage of COPD and30cases as control were detected plasma FIB and D-D.Results: Plasma FIB and D-D in the patients with acute exacerbatin ofCOPD weresignificantly higher than those in the stable stage of COPDand the control group, thedifference showing statistical(P<0.05).Conclusion: The patents with AECOPD are in a state of hyper coagulability, and thelevels of plasma D-D and fibrinogen are related to the severity of COPDattack.Monitoring plasma levels of FIB and D-D in the patients with COPD can helpclinicians to understand the in vivo-coagulation status of the pageants with COPDand provide a basis for reasonable and timely use of anticoagulants, which canimprove the clinical prognosis and reduce the mortality. |
