Abstract/Summary:
Objective By detecting the serum endotoxin(ET) and other associated indicators ofliver function in patients with chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, analysis relationship betweenthe three groups In patients with the classification of Child-PughA, B, C,discussion on thequantitative level of ET in patients with cirrhosis of the liver and its relationship withChild-pugh classification. To provide clinical evidence of the effects of probiotics on thecomplications of cirrhosis. Methods Collecting the chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis subjects for the study fromJanuary2012to June2013Check in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital InfectiousDiseases. Which included20patients with chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis group of96cases. Cirrhotic patients were randomly divided into25cases in the control group, theexperimental group71cases.Patients with cirrhosis by Child-pugh classification into child Agrade26cases, childB grade24cases, childC grade21cases. Liver cirrhosis group was givenoral medication probiotics-Bifidobacterium lactobacillus sanlian living bacterium eight weeks, quantitative endotoxin detection in the serum of patients in each group. Compared withcontrol group experimental group with cirrhosis Child-Pugh score grading increases, endotoxin levels in serum increased gradually. After treatment, serum endotoxin levels weresignificantly lower in the experimental group, with Child-pugh classification was a significantcorrelation.each group was given the conventional treatment. Results Compared with chronic hepatitis group: cirrhosis endotoxin levels> chronichepatitis group (P<0.05, statistically significant). The experimental group were given oralmedication Jinshuangqi maintenance therapy significantly improved compared with pre-treatment serum endotoxin levels after8weeks. Cirrhosis experimental groups:with theprogression of cirrhosis Child-Pugh score increased, ET,TB and PT increased, decreased ALBin the serum of patients, probability of cirrhosis-related complications increased, such asascites etc. Serum markers of ET, TB,ALB, PT index difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) between Child-PughA, B, C three groups of cirrhosis of the liver; Experimentalgroup was given oral Jinshuangqi after8weeks, ET, liver function (PT, TB, ALB) levels thanbefore treatment significantly improved, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05),compared with the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Spearman’scorrelation analysis showed that serum endotoxin levels and Child-PughA, B, C grading existin linear correlation (r=0.906, P <0.05); Serum prothrombin time, total bilirubin and albuminwere associated with Child-Pugh score linear correlation exists. Conclusion With the progression of cirrhosis Child-Pugh score increased,ET, TB andPT increased, decreased ALB in the serum of patients, probability of cirrhosis-relatedcomplications increased, and there are obvious differences in different child-Pughclassification of cirrhosis of the liver, and increased probability of complications such asascites. Serum ET, TB, ALB, PT; Serum ET, TB, ALB, PT and Child-Pugh score has linearcorrelation, ET on Child-Pugh score has obvious influence, to determine the severity of liverdisease and progress has important reference, and further guide clinical treatment, evaluationand prognosis, illustrates the importance of intestinal probiotics in clinical applications.
