Objective To explore the correlativity of Mutiple-Voxel Spectroscopy indifferent areas of single glioma with ki-67expression in the gliomasMethods The conventional MR imaging and1H-MVS examination wereperformed in30cases with gliomas diagnosed by the postoperative pathologicalexamination from December2011to Auguest2013. Area of interest includecholine/creatine (Cho/Cr) significantly different areas,and the Ki-67expressionin the area gliomas was detected.Results Cho/cr significant difference area of single tumor, theimmunohistochemical expression of ki-67are significant differences.Conclusion It is suggested that Multi-voxel spectroscopy (1H-MVS)(especially Cho/Cr) can effectively reflect the different regions of a single tumorproliferation differences, can effectively find the proliferation metabolism regionof tumor.
