Analysis Of MRPL4Gene Polymorphism For Patients With Allergic Rhinitis Of Hui And Han People In Ningxia

Objective To investigate the association of MRPL4alleles and artemisia pollenallergic patients of hui and han people in Ningxia and to analyze the distributions ofMRPL4genotypes and alleles frequency between the two nationalities.Methods According with the exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria for thestudy,we conducted a case-control study which have the principle of matching1:1intwo groups: Case group which have300cases of allergic rhinitis and Control groupwhich have300cases of healthy controls,respectively with150cases of Hui Chinesepeople and150Han Chinese people in two groups.We used polymerase chain reactionand direct sequencing of the gene to discovery the control group and the Case groupwith MRPL4gene loci rs8111930, analysis to compare the gene and allelefrequencies.And the frequencies of genotypes and alleles of the SNPs were tested byHardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Results (1)There is polymorphism in MRPL4gene rs8111930loci of Hui andHan Chinese people in Ningxia. Genotypes are homozygous wild-type AA,heterozygous AG, homozygous polymorphism GG.(2)In all people,the difference inthe frequencies of genotypes and alleles has statistic significance between the CPgroup and HC group(P＜0.05, respectively).In the same ethnic group:the difference infrequencies of genotypes and alleles in Han Chines case and control group showedhave the statistical significance (P＜0.05);the difference of MRPL4rs8111930genotypes and alleles between case and control group of Hui showed statisticalsignificance (P＜0.05).In the Hui and Han Chinese case group,the frequencies ofgenotypes and alleles showed no statistical significance (P＞0.05) Conclusions (1)MRPL4rs8111930gene loci exist polymorphismmutation,(2)The polymorphism of the MRPL4(rs8111930） was associated with theAR in Hui and Han nationality in Ningxia.(3)There was no difference between thetwo nationalities in Ningxia.
