OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical-pathological significance of IgAnephropathy(IgAN) with renal vascular lesions(RVLs).METHODS100Patients with primary IgAN diagnosed by renal biopsy weredivided into two groups: the group with RVLs and the group without RVLs.Thedata of clinical and pathological feature in two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The patients with RVLs in100patients were70(70%),theRVL were divided into three subgroups, arterial glass sample, artery intimal thickening and arteriosclerosis, with non RVLs were30(30%). the occurrence of arterial glass sample, artery intimal thickening and arteriosclerosisand47.1%,28.6%,24.3%.Comparing to the group of non RVLs,single factor analysis of renal vascular lesions group showed that clinical biomarkers proteinurie/24h, UA, serum creatinineand hypertension were heavier than thosewithout RVLs group(P<0.05),the serum albumin lower thanthose without RVLs group(P<0.05).The pathological manifestations thatglomerular sclerosis, interstitial fibrosis, crescent, interstitial infiltrate, tubular atrophy havehigher incidence of severe pathology than those without RVLs group(P<0.05)The logistic results show, the group with RVLs, hypertension [OR=7.728,95%CI(1.70834.964)],proteinurie/24h [OR=20.022,95%CI(3.869103.623)],glomerulosclerosis [OR=12.093,95%CI(2.43160.149)],and renal interstitial fibrosis [OR=8.511,95%CI(1.33254.396)] are the factors aggravated renal vascular lesions in IgA nephropaty patients CONCLUSIONRVLs in IgAN is significantly associated with the data ofclinical and the feature of pathological and it can be regarded as an importantpathological prognostic indicator.
