Objective:Discuss the3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance conventional sequencejoint DWI (b=1000s/mm2) which can value of preoperative T and N staging of colorectalcancer, lymph nodes, and the clinical significance of lesions ADC values. Methods:Collect the71cases of colorectal cancer patients who diagnosed clinicalsurgical pathology from June to November in2013. All cases were performed by regular3.0Tsequence and DWI examination. Inclusion criteria:1. the first clinical patients with suspectedcolorectal cancer; or for colorectal cancer was confirmed by colonoscopy pathologicalexamination;2. without any radioactive or chemical treatment before MRI;3. all3.0TMRIcheck, and use the same sequence;4. surgical removal of the MRI after2weeks, the lymphnodes, tumor lesions and pathological results, in strict accordance with the above standardscreening, ultimately comply with the conditions of57cases.18patients with female,39patients with male, aged from41to81, an average of60.17±11.89.So the cases used SIEMENS Skyra3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imagingsystem,18channel scanning phased matrix surface coil. Patients’ heads in first, routineT1WI axis (FOV:360x360mm, matrix:314x448), T2WI sagittal position (FOV:261x261mm,matrix:256x320), coronary (FOV:401x401mm, matrix:256x256), FST2WI axis (FOV:320x320mm,matrix:269×384)and DWI shaft can (FOV:380x380mm, matrix:326x384,b=1000s/mm2).Statistical analysis by using SPSS statistical software3.0T of routine sequence, sequence DWI for preoperative T and N staging of colorectal cancer can degree ofaccuracy, sensitivity, specific, positive predictive value and negative predictive value, thekappa test, consistent with the pathological results evaluation value of3.0TMRI check incolorectal cancer.Measuring metastatic nodule lesions, metastasis lymph nodes, fat clearance ADC values, recording and analysising with lymph node, no transfer or distant metastasis lymph nodeand/or distant metastasis, metastasis of lymph nodes, fat gap metastatic nodules, usingindependent sample t test, inspection level of alpha=0.05, p<0.05owned statisticalsignificance.Results:in57cases, conventional sequence check T staging total accuracy was87.72%,consistent with the pathological results, kappa=0.69, the N staging total accuracy was84.21%,and pathological results are in good consistency.kappa=0.76, generic sequence combinedDWI examination check T staging total accuracy was91.23%, and pathological results are ingood consistency. kappa=0.79, the N staging total accuracy was78.95%, consistent with thepathological, general kappa=0.69.Colorectal cancer metastasis tumors ADC values is less than no transfer group, thedifference has statistical significance (p=0.03).Conclusion: routine MRI sequence joint DWI examination can improve the T stagingdiagnosis accuracy, measuring tumors and lymph node ADC values to a certain extent canestimate and predict the metastasis and identification of benign and malignant.
