OBJECTIVE To provide evidence for decision on the risk factors ofdiabetic foot in diabetes.METHODS9case-control studies published from January2010toDecember2013were reviewed and analyzed by Meta analysis. Accordingto the inclusion and exclusion criteria, risk factors of diabetic foot wereselected to analyze by Review Manager5.2statistical program in thisstudy.RESULTS Through analysis age, course, smoking, glycosylatedhemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose, systolic blood pressure, high densitylipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, diabetic nephropathy, diabeticretinopathy, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy were of the statisticaldifference. Gender, body mass index (BMI), postprandial blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, totalcholesterol, creatinine, urea nitrogen, hypertension, coronary heart diseasewere no statistical difference.CONCLUSIONS The risk factors of diabetic foot are age, course,smoking, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose, systolic bloodpressure, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, diabeticnephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
