| Intracranial aneurysm is one of the major killers to the health of human body, and it isa serious threat to human life and health, and has been one of the most concerned diseasesto the neurosurgical experts at home and abroad. But by now, among the current medicaland scientific communities, the mechanisms for the development of cerebral aneurysm hasnot been fully elucidated, but experts and scholars have generally agreed that thehemodynamic mechanism is one of the main factor leading to the development or evenruptured of intracranial aneurysm. According to most of the current domestic andinternational literature shows that most of the numerical simulation study onhemodynamics of intracranial aneurysms are in the vicinity of intracranial aneurysmsinterception small pieces of blood vessels, and the approximate straight on the basis of theblood vessels, However, in practice, the environment of vascular intracranial aneurysm isvery complex, not simple linear vessels can cover all situations. In view of this, wedesigned two dimensional geometric vessel model, the three dimensional straight vesselmodel and the three dimensional curved vessel model, explore their differences in resultsunder various environmental parameters, which parameters are more sensitive to thechange of vascular geometry.In this article, we discussed the following situations altogether, firstly, we studied thestraight and curved vessel model differences in vascular aneurysm narrow neck and wideneck aneurysms results of these two different situations, and then we studied thedifference of import bending and export bending effect on the experiment results. Next,the paper is to study the associate of the curved vessel model curves position with theresult of experiment. In this paper, we use the amount of intra-vascular blood velocitydecreases after reaching steady as the method to quantify the results of these twodifferences in standards.Based on the above discussion, the main purpose of this paper is to study thedifferences of experiment result with these two shape of vessels under the same conditions,and the trend of the experiment result with these two shape of vessels when a variety ofparameters condition change. |
