Objective:The correlation between complications of maternal and fetal and gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods:Retrospective analysis of Xinjiang Medical University maternity hospital delivery of maternal gestational diabetes mellitus in200cases (study group) and non-gestational diabetes mellitus in200cases during the same period (the control group) against a hospital maternity maternity. The two groups of pregnant women aged20-30years (P<0.05), the difference was not statistically significant. The test analysis on relationship between complications of gestational diabetes mellitus on mothers and infants. Results:Statistical results suggest42cases had a history of threatened abortion or spue treatment (P>0.05),18cases had a history of preterm birth abortion (P>0.05),20cases of fetal distress (P>0.05),17cases of neonatal asphyxia (P>0.05), and5cases of fetal growth restriction (P>0.05), compared with the gestational diabetes maternal no statistical significance.72cases of hydramnios (P<0.05),32cases of macrosomia group (P<0.05),11cases of stillbirth stillbirth (P<0.05),11cases of fetal malformation (P<0.05), compared with the gestational diabetes maternal have statistical significance. Conclusion:gestational diabetes mellitus affect maternal and child outcomes, increased spontaneous abortions, fetal macrosomia, polyhydramnios, neonatal asphyxia, birth defects, stillbirths stillbirths and other pregnancy complications, and strengthen the management of gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women, early diagnosis and treatment, improve pregnancy outcome is significant.
