Objective:To study α-Synuclein (SNCA) gene locus mutation A53T and A30P point mutation associated with a mass sexual relationship Parkinson pedigrees, and then explore the pedigree of the etiology of Parkinson’s disease, is associated with genetic factors. Methods:After the three patients and three members of the family after systematic clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease, the patient and family to extract the blood of healthy people, human leukocyte group extracted DNA, by polymerase chain reaction technology (PCR) of the SNCA A53T, A30P loci detected, said clear whether the mutation sites. Results:All of the subjects of the SNCA gene exon fragment length3(exon3) PCR amplification of192bp, after the specific endonuclease Mval A30P mutation failed to find an adequate response. SNCA gene (exon4) of exon4PCR amplified fragment after endonuclease specific Tsp45I A53T mutation failed to find an adequate response. Conclusion:SNCA gene A30P, A53T point mutation in the family may not be suffering from Parkinson’s disease risk factors may be associated with other familial susceptibility genes, may also be associated with the eating habits of life, and even long-term exposure to pesticides associated with the family.
