Objective:To explore the female reproductive human papillomavirus(HPV) infe ction with other pathogens infection. Methods:Collect73patients who positive wit h one or more subtypes of HPV typing, and80HPV negative patients from obstet rics and gynecology hospital patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, between August2011to April2013were included in this stud y. Two groups were test chlamydia trachomatis, ureaplasma urealyticum, bacterial v aginosis, candida and trichomonas vaginalis. Test results were analyzed to learn cor relation between reproduc-tive HPV infection and other microorganisms. Results:a mong the73HPV positive patients,15cases were infected with mixed HPV subtyp es, the other58cases with a single HPV subtype. Among them71.2%was positive with high-risk HPV, for the higher detection rate was HPV52, HPV16, HPV53, HP V66; Low-risk type of HPV was8.2%, there were mainly HPV6, HPV11, HPV43. The single factor comparison for HPV positive group and HPV negative group wi th other pathogens infection revealed that there was a significant association betwee n the HPV and Ureaplasma urealyticum infection(χ2=5.19, P<0.05), there was n o correlation between HPV infection and other pathogens infection. Logistic regress ion analysis revealed that there was a significant association between the HPV and Ureaplas ma urealyticum infection(OR=2.401,95%CI is1.173~4.914, P<0.05), U reaplasma urealyticum is the risk factor of HPV infection. While there was no corr elation between HPV infection and chlamydia trachomatis, bacterial vaginosis, candi da and trichomonas vaginalis (all P>0.05). Conclusions:There is a significant as sociation between the HPV and Ureaplasma urealyticum infection, Ureaplasma ureal yticum can increase the infection of HPV, While there is no correlation between H PV infection and chlamydia trachomatis, bacterial vaginosis, candida and trichomon as vaginalis.
