Objective:To study the relationship between Stress hyperglycemia and GRACE risk stratification in acute coronary syndrome. Methods:We enrolled255patients with acute coronary syndrome that admitted in our hospital,142patients with SH group,113patients with Non-SH group. All the patients received routine laboratory tests and echocariography examination. The GRACE risk score were used for risk assessment.Analyze the relationship between Stress hyperglycemia and GRACE risk stratification in acute coronary syndrome. Results:SH group with statistical differences in gender, age, blood pressure, smoking history,no non-SH groups.Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, platelet count,high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein in the SH group were higher than non-SH groups of patients, and between-group difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Potassium SH group than in the non-SH group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the SH group and non-SH GRACE score, left ventricular end-diastolic,WBC,creatinine,urea,D-dimer,CK-MB and other indicators in the SH group was significantly higher than non-SH group, while EF%in the SH group was significantly lower than non-SH group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). later for GRACE risk stratification in patients with ACS,serum glucose,high-risk group than in the risk group, the low-risk group, and there is significant difference(P<0.001) would serum glucose,EF%value, left ventricular end-diastolic,WBC,creatinine,urea,D-dimer,CK-MB and other indicators of integration with GRACE correlation analysis,in addition to EF%,the remainder were positively integration with GRACE related, while EF%negative correlation. Conclusion:Stress hyperglycemia levels in patients with ACS and its integration wi;th the GRACE risk stratification has a significant correlation.
