| Objective:It was analyzed that the Pathology, DCE-MRI features and ADC value in triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2overexperssion breast cancer, to improve the judgment of both characteristic in MRI and pathology.Methods:To analyse Pathology and MR dynamic contrast-enhanced image features and ADC value was measured, which were confirmed by immunohistochemistry about55cases of triple-negative breast cancer and66caces of HER-2overexpression breast cancer patients, while statistically compared Results:59cases invasive ductal carcinoma and5cases medullary carcinoma in68cases TNBC,39cases invasive ductal carcinoma and13cases ductal carcinoma in situ in55cases HER-2overexpression breast cancer. There are differences between the two groups compare breast cancer in invasive ductal carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in situ. Compared with the shape, margin, the way of enhancement and ADC value of the TNBC and HER-2overexperssion breast cancer, the distinction had statistically significant(p<0.05); there were no statistically significant difference in patients age, mass or nomass, categories of lesions and TIC,(p>0.05).Conclusions:The main pathological types were invasive ductal carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma, ductal carcinoma in situ respectively in Triple negative breast cancer and HER-2overexpression breast cancer, DCE-MRI features of the shape, margin, the way of enhancement and ADC values be used for the diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2overexperssion breast cancer. |
