Methods:We retrospectively analized150(107Han,43Uygur) cases qualified to fullfil the study requirement and120normal pregnacies for comparasion (97Han,23Uygur) in same peroid hospitilized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May2012to June2013. Bood glucose and lipid levels were measured by enzymic method and body weight of neonates were taken in both gestational diabetic group and normal pregnant group. Results:Compared with normal pregregnacy group, the total cholesterol levels, LDL and HDL levels were higher in gestational diabetes group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), however triglyceride levels were also higher than the normal group and statistically significant (P<0.01). Blood glucose and lipid levels were higher in Uygur pregnant women than Han counterparts(P<0.01). Person’s analysis shows that blood glucose and triglyceride levels in third trimester of gestational diabetes are positively correlated to neonatal body weight and the results are statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:The level of maternal blood glucose and triglyceride in the third trimester of gestational diabetes is closely correlated to the the body weight of newborns. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Gestational diabetes, Uygur, Han, Triglycerides, Birth weight | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
