| Object:To research the impact of pharmacetical care on CYP2C9and VKORC1gene detection technology upon initial anticoagulation effect of warfarin in Xinjiang minority patients,in order to supply the evidence in the establishment of model of after heart mechanical valve displacement surgery in Xinjiang minority patients.Methods: Choose156Uygur patients with heart mechanical valve displacement surgeries in cardiac surgery department between January in2012and January in2013as subjects,determined their genetic polymorphism of CYP2C9and VKORC1. Choose the78Uygur with pharmacetical care such as dosage of warfarin,INR and adverse effect as experement group,comparing with another78Uygur patients without pharmacetical care as control group.Results:The patients with CYP2C9*1*1are55, CYP2C9*1*2are8, CYP2C9*1*3are13, CYP2C9*3*3are2. In experimental group, the patients with VKORC1-1639AA are31, VKORC1-1639AG are42, VKORC1-1639GGare5. The patients with VKORC11173TT are31, VKORC11173TC are42, VKORC11173CCare5. The patients with CYP2C9*1*3and*3*3need longer time to reach the standard of INR than that of CYP2C9*1*1and*1*2(P<0.05).The patients with VKORC1-1639AG and GG need longer time to reach the standard of INR than that of VKORC1-1639AA(P<0.05).Over therapy window of INR (INR>3) in control group patients happened in initial anticoagulation effect of warfarin shows higher rate.Conclusions:The genetic polymorphism in CYP2C9and VKORC1experiences a great importance in the effect of warfarin therapy of anticoagulation. There is great mutation rate of CYP2C9and VKORC1genotype in the Uyghur and Kazakhs. The genetic distribution of VKORC1-1639A/G and1173T/C showed correlation similarity.
