Xinjiang Pomegranate Peel Dried And Processed By Using Experimental Research On The Effect Of IL-1β IL-6Rat Model Of Damp Heat Syndrome Of Acute Diarrhea

Objective:Observation of Xinjiang pomegranate not processing and processing effectson the model of damp heat syndrome of acute diarrhea of rat IL-1β, IL-6and intestinal pathological changes,to explore the pharmacological mechanism and preparation for treatment of acute diarrhea in damp heat syndrome of Xinjiang pomegranate skin.Methods: The50clean grade Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, treatment group1(students of Pomegranate Peel Decoction),treatment group (2),(the processing of rats in each group. Pomegranate Peel Decoction), control group (Smecta)5groups. The high sugar and high fat diet, high temperature and high humidity environment, senna Decoction orally to establish the model of acute diarrhea in rats of damp heat in the large intestine, the blank group received normal feeding. Molding at the same time, the treatment group and the control group were treated with Pomegranate Peel Decoction, processing of Pomegranate Peel Decoction and Smecta suspension gavage for6days,6days later to observe the symptoms of rats in each group were detected in rat colon, ileum pathological, IL-6(IL-6) and IL-1(3(IL-1(3) leve.Results:(1) the general condition of rats: compared with the model group, treatment group1, group2and control group rats stool forming, activities, food and water to increase the amount of treatment, symptoms improve;(2) IL-1(3and IL-6:compared with the blank group, model group, treatment group2IL-1(3, IL-6content was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the model group, treatment group1, treatment group2IL-1β, IL-6level decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, treatment group1, treatment group2, IL-1β IL-6levels were not statistically different,(P>0.05);(3), Colon, ileum pathological:compared with the model group, treatment group1and group2were reduced intestinal inflammation, treatment1group than in treatment group2improved more significant effect of intestinal inflammation-Conclusion:Xinjiang pomegranate not processing and processing using valid in all signs and inflammatory reaction of acute diarrhea of colon ileum improve intestine damp heat syndrome model rats, and the students with better than use; in the decrease of IL,-1β IL-6levels, not processed using a processing using index is more close to the blank control group.
