Objective:1. Investigating the distribution of anti-human papillomavirus (HPVL1-IgG), anti-hepatitis E virus (HEV-IgG) and risk factors among femaleresidents in target area.2. Explore the influencing factors of HPV vaccine study using HEVvaccinated population as a control. Methods:To enroll all participants whoes diagnoses in any of HPV/VIA/VILIscreening were positive and whoes diagnoses were negative but recalled forcolposcopy on baseline study;10%of the remained participants whosediagnoses were negative were enrolled, too, based on the LCMCCSSproject,952participants were enrolled in total.9ml blood was drawn fromeach woman for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect HEV-IgGand HPV L1-IgG antibody. The information of demographic characteristics and risk factors wascollected using standard questionnaire. Percentile, histogram, Chi-square test and binary Logistic regression model were used to describe thedistribution of risk factors and the correlation between the two antibodies. Results:XinMi female residents average47.2years of age and24.0years ofworking age, their average income is¥5210.2each year,85.8%of themare peasants and44.5%of them belong to the group of low-income;952participants’ HPV L1antibody positive rate was26.8%,HEV-IgG antibodypositive rate was30.9%, both of which raised with age(P<0.001) and thereis no association between HPV L1antibody positive rate and HEV-IgGantibody positive rate(Kappa=-0.010, P=0.749). There is significantdifference in age and first-sexual age between both HPV L1antibodypositive/negative group and HEV-IgG antibody positive/negative group.Single factor analysis showed that working over30years, menarcheunder13years old and non-education were associated with HEV-IgGantibody positivity, working over30years, non-education, low-incomewere associated with HEV-IgG antibody positivity; The multivariableanalysis showed that growing age[OR=1.050,95%CI(1.031-1.069)],low-income[OR=1.341,95%CI(1.004-1.790)] and work as peasantry[OR=0.604,95%CI(0.402-0.906)]were independent risk factors forHEV-IgG antibody positivity; growing age[OR=1.022,95%CI(1.001-1.043)], lowering ages of first sexual life[OR=0.923,95%CI(0.861-0.990)] and non-education[OR=1.587,95%CI(1.065-2.365)] were independent risk factors for HPV L1-IgG antibody positivity.Conclusion:1. Female resident in XinMi area had a higher HEV-IgG positive ratethan former study, and the positive rate raised with age.2. No significant association were found between HPV L1antibodypositive rate and HEV-IgG antibody positive rate, Both the HEV-IgGantibody and HPV L1-IgG antibody positive rate is increases with age, noother shared risk factors were found in study.
