Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia inductionon fentanyl-induced cough reflex and hemodynamics.Methods60patients undergoing selective operation patients with the ASA I-IIclass, age20-60years old and weight40-80kg, were randomly divided intosevoflurane group (group S) and propofol group (group P),30cases of each group.Group S was taken tidal volume method for inhalation anesthesia induction, andgroup P was taken target controlled infusion (TCI) propofol intravenous induction. When two group patients lost consciousness and eyelash reflex, and bispectral index(BIS) value was between40-60, both were injected with fentanyl solution5ug/kgintravenously in5s. And then observe the effect of intravenous injectionof fentanyl after1min on cough reflex, and compare two kinds of anesthesiamethods on hemodynamics.Results1: There was no significant difference on age, sex, weight, blood pressure, basic heart rate and other basic aspects between two groups.(P>0.05).2: S group’scough incidence of reactions was6.7%, P group’s incidence of cough response was43.3%(P <0.01). S group cough severity of reactions was significantly lower thanthat of P group (P <0.01).3: Two groups were compared with hemodynamic changes.Compared with T0, S group’s blood pressure in T1andT2were decreased, and in T3wasincreased (P <0.05), P group’s blood pressure in T1andT2were decreased, and in T3was increased (P <0.05), Compared with T0,S group had no significant difference inheart rate of T1and T2, respectively, however, heart rate of T3was faster (P <0.05). Pgroup’s heart rate at T1,T2andT3were faster (P <0.05).Compared with T1, blood pressure of P group less than S group, However, P group’s heart rate at T1, T2, T3ishigher than the S group’s (P <0.05).Conclusions Sevoflurane induction can significantly inhibit Fentanyl-induced cough reflex and maintain the stability of hemodynamics. |
