| Objective:To study the expressions of Aquaporin4(AQP4) and Aquaporin9(AQP9) in theouter membrane and dura mater of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH),and toinvestigate the relationship between their abnormal expressions and the occurrence,development and clinical characteristics of CSDH.Methods:During the strict aseptic surgery without enzyme,we collected the dura matersand outer membranes from25CSDH patients who were diagnosed by brain CT orMRI scan.The outer membranes as the experimental group,the dura maters as thecontrol group.The expressions of AQP4and AQP9were detected byimmunohistochemistry and western blot in these tissues.The test results wereexpressed as AQP4and AQP9results,experimental data subtotals,the use of SPSS18.0software for statistical data.Results:1.The results of immunohistochemistry indicated that AQP4and AQP9weremainly expressed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm.The positive expression rate ofAQP4and AQP9were respectively76%(19/25) and80%(20/25) in the outermembrane,compared in the dura mater were respectively16%(4/25) and24%(6/25).The expressions of AQP4and AQP9in the outer membrane were significantly higherthan in the dura mater(χ2=18.116, P=0.000<0.05; χ2=15.705, P=0.000<0.05).2.The results of WB showed that the expressions quantity of AQP4and AQP9were respectively0.556±0.069and0.566±0.088in the outer membrane,comparedin the dura mater were respectively0.171±0.059and0.188±0.056.The expressionsquantity of AQP4and AQP9in the outer membrane were significantly higher than inthe dura mater(AQP4: t=6.664, P<0.05; AQP9: t=3.294, P<0.05).3.The expressions of AQP4and AQP9were positive related in the outermembrane(r=0.499, P=0.012<0.05). 4.The expressions of AQP4and AQP9in the outer membrane were not significa-nt differences with some clinical characteristics,such as age,gender,history of injury ornot,single or double side hematoma(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.AQP4and AQP9could promote the occurrence and development of CSDH.2.The expressions of AQP4and AQP9in CSDH were not significant correlationwith some clinical characteristics,such as age,gender,history of injury or not,single ordouble side hematoma.3.The expressions of AQP4and AQP9were positive related in the outermembrane,suspect that their may have a synergy in the occurrence and developmentof CSDH. |
