The Relevance Of Research About Hp CagA, VacA Express In Patients Of Han, Yao Nationality With Chronic Gastritis, Gastric Ulcer | Posted on:2015-04-30 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:F Yang | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2284330434955489 | Subject:Digestive medicine | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective: To investigate the ethnic express in cytotoxin associated gene (cagA) an-d vaculating toxin gene A (vacA) of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in patients who are par-t of Yao and Han populations in YongZhou,HuNan province and research the relation-ship with Chronic gastritis and Gastric ulcer.Methods:1.According to the inclusion criteria,collect gastric mucosa in the patientsof who feel upper abdomen uncomfortable go to gastroscope centre to check.The diag-nosis of the disease according to gastroscope diagnosis standard and pathological diagn-osis.2.Let the research objects on Rapid urease test and14C urea breath test,who bothresults are all positive was confirmed Hp infection.3.Using DNA kit in the gastric mu-cosa which be diagnosised with Hp infection to extract Hp genomic DNA and AGARgel electrophoresis method to detect the PCR amplification products.4.Apply SPSS17.0software to χ2test data,setting inspection level a=0.05, P<0.05can be considered s-ignificant.Result:1.Comparison with the the general information collected by the object ofstudy found that differences were not obvious(P>0.05),suggested that the object of study has good comparability.2.Both Hp detection methods all positive for Hp positive ratewas82%(82/100), there was no statistically significant difference between two kinds ofdetection methods(P>0.05).The Hp positive rate in the Yao patient was88%(44/50),andthe Han patient was76%(38/50),there was statistically significant difference between th-e two(P<0.05).And the Yao nationality in CSG Hp positive rate was higher than theHan nationality (P<0.05);In GU, the difference of Hp positive rate between Han andYao national was no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The positive rate of Hp cagA w-as82.9%(68/82),and the positive rate of Hp vacA was100%(82/82).And vacAs1a s2m1b m2s1a/m2s1a/m1b s2/m2respectively was74.4%(61/82)ã€15.6%(13/82)ã€59.8%(4 9/82)ã€73.2%(60/82)ã€23.2%(19/82)ã€43.9%(36/82)ã€12.2%(10/82).4.There were nosignificantly differences in both cagA gene and vacA gene between Yao population an-d Han population (P>0.05).5Hp vacAm1bã€vacAs1a/m1bã€vacAs1a/m2expression inGU was higher than CSG(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the Yongzhou,HuNan province, the Hp positive rate of Yao natio-nality in CSG was higher than the han nationality.2.In the Yongzhou,HuNan province,Hp vacAm1bã€vacAs1a/m1bã€vacAs1a/m2expression in GU was higher than CSG.3Inthe Yongzhou,HuNan province,there were no significantly differences in both cagA gen-e and vacA gene between Yao population and Han population. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Hp, cagA, vacA, CSG, GU | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
