Analysis Of Related Factors Affecting Liver Function For Primary Liver Cancer After Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Objective:To evaluate the influencing on liver function in the patients with primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) and to discuss the factors of the influencing.Methods:Retrospective analysis was implemented on103patients with primary liver cancer and TACE was performed on(in69cases,103times). The liver function at3days before TACE and1week after the TACE were examined, including total bilirubin (TBiL), direct bilirubin (DBiL) and unconjugated bilirubin (UNBiL), total protein (TP), albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST), SPSS18.0software package was used to take the indexes of liver function before and after the TACE with conventional for pared-samples T testAnd do the chi-square test and Binary Logistic regression model analysis of multiple factors on gender, age, tumor size, tumor location, number of lesions, existence of sham shell,surgery history, intraoperative iodine oil consumption, super-selective supply artery embolization of tumors, portal venous tumor emboli,HBSAG positive or not, the times of TACE,according to the conventional Child-Pugh grading.Results:Tbil, Dbil, UNBil elevate.and TP, ALB, PA reduced, ALT, AST elevated,1week after TACE,the Child-Pugh classification can not resume to preoperative levels was26.16%(29/103), the chi-square test and Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that existence of sham shell? super-selective supply artery embolization of tumors, portal venous tumor emboli and the times of TACE were related to changes of Child-Pugh grade (P<0.05))Conclusion:The TACE can cause liver damage.Main factors influencing on liver function after TACE were existence of sham shell, super-selective supply artery embolization of tumors, portal venous tumor emboli and the times of TACE.
