External Fixator With PFN-a Treatment Of Intertrochanteric Fracture Clinical Curative Effect Analysis

Objective:in this paper, A retrospective analysis and evaluation to observe external fixator with proximal femoral rotation intramedullary nail (PFN-A) the curative effect of treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, external fixator for the control group, compared the statistical analysis, evaluation and analysis on two kinds of objective treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical curative effect, provide the basis for future in-depth research, and surgical treatment for intertrochanteric fractures and choose suitable for the developmenttrend of elderly patients with operation method.Methods:this this paper mainly through the system of review of existing traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine theory literature understanding of femoral intertrochanteric fracture, sums up the traditional Chinese medicine for intertrochanteric fractures, etiology and pathogenesis, damage mechanism, the reconstructive method and the matters needing attention, the dialectical treats late treatment combined with external treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and its functional exercise, modern medicine understanding of the fracture, special anatomy, epidemiological characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis, classification, biomechanics and treatment, etc. A review of the progress and treatment of the literature. This topic review selected40patients with intertrochanteric fractures, experimental group20cases, control group20cases, PFNA and external fixation stents were used respectively to measure the treatment. Were observed after two weeks of operation time, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative pain, postoperative complications and hospitalization days and postoperative follow-up of patients with fracture healing time half a year, the Harris hip score standard assessment of joint function, analyze the therapeutic effect of two methods of treatment. Results:the experimental results from the study that the two weeks after surgery in the near future curative effect compared with control group, experimental group than control group in nursing is simple, easily accepted by patients and their families, the control group than the control group obviously reduce postoperative pain, operation time, intraoperative blood loss compared with significant difference (P<0.01), complications of the two groups have no obvious statistical significance, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Of half a year after the hip joint function in patients with fracture healing time and has no obvious statistical significance, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:this experiment concluded that the experimental group two weeks after surgery in the near future curative effect compared with control group, experimental group than control group in nursing is simple, easily accepted by patients and their families, the control group than the control group obviously reduce postoperative pain, the experimental group can be relatively passive exercise early, early advantages more than the control group, experimental group two groups did not differ on functional recovery, late show two treatment methods can achieve good treatment effect, but due to the observation of small sample size and short observation period, based on the scientific attitude of evidence-based medicine, we need large sample size and long-term clinical follow-up.
