Background:Subarachnoid haemorrhage which caused by rupturedintracranial aneurysms is the most frequent emergency severe case inneurosurgery. It would cause cerebral hemia, vasospasm, hydrocephalusand other complications, which makes it of high mortality and disabilityrate.
