Objective:This study is exploring the expression of mRNA of LRP6(low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein6) and ARID1A (AT-rich interacting domain containing protein1A) in cervicitis tissue, moderate-severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue, and cervical cancer tissue, and then investigating the relationship with clinical pathological parameters of cervical cancer.Method:1. The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology was used to detect the expression of mRNA of LRP6and ARID1A in15cervicitis tissue samples,15CINII-III tissue samples and40cervical cancer tissue samples.2. Analyze the relationship between the expression of mRNA of LRP6/ARID1A with the clinical and pathological factors of cervical cancer.3. Analyze the correlation between the expression of mRNA of LRP6and ARID1A in cervical cancer.4. The data was analyzed with the statistics software SPSS17.0and set inspection level a at0.05.Results:1. The expression levels of LRP6mRNA in cervicitis tissue, CINⅡ-Ⅲ tissue and cervical cancer tissue were1.6463±0.2501、2.2306±0.3213.2.8432±0.8687respectively. The expressions of LRP6mRNA in cervicitis tissue, CINII-ⅢI tissue and cervical cancer tissue were significantly gradually increased. The differences between the three groups have statics significance (P=0.000<0.05).2. The expression levels of ARID1A mRNA in cervicitis tissue, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ tissue and cervical cancer tissue were16.4405±4.0526、8.3827±3.5489、5.8725±6.7791respectively. The expressions of LRP6 mKNA in cervicitis tissue, CINⅡ-Ⅲ tissue and cervical cancer tissue were significantly gradually decreased. The differences between the three groups have statics significance (P<0.05).3. The expression of LRP6mRNA in cervical cancer was significantly associated with clinical stage, histological differentiation degrees, and high risk HPV infection(P<0.05), while not associated with age, histological type or pelvic lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).4. The expression of ARID1A mRNA in cervical cancer was significantly associated with histological type and histological differentiation degrees (P<0.05), while not associated with age, clinical stage, pelvic lymph node metastasis or high risk HPV infection (P>0.05).5. There was negative correlation between the expression level of mRNA of ARID1A and LRP6in cervical cancer (r=-0.393, P=0.012<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expressions of LRP6mRNA in cervicitis tissue, ON Ⅱ-Ⅲ tissue and cervical cancer tissue were significantly gradually increased. The expression of LRP6mRNA in cervical cancer was significantly associated with clinical stage, histological differentiation degrees, and high risk HPV infection, which suggestes the activation of LRP6is associated with the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer.2. The expressions of ARID1A mRNA in cervicitis tissue, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ tissue and cervical cancer were significantly gradually decreased. The expression of ARID1A mRNA in cervical cancer was significantly associated with histological type and histological differentiation degrees, which suggestes the inactivation of ARID1A is associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer.
