| Objective:To investigate the difference of endothelial dysfunction among different adult subtypes of obesity and related factors. Methods:A total of156healthy subjects never used related drugs were recruited. They were divided into4groups according to BMI and metabolic disorders:40cases of Normal weight and Metabolic Normality (NMN),40cases of Normal weight and Metabolic Abnormality (NMA),36cases of Obesity and Metabolic Normality(OMN) and40cases of Obesity and Metabolic Abnormality(OMA). Comparing the difference of endothelial dysfunction among group NMN, NMA and OMA, and also group NMN,OMN and OMA. The data such as height, weight, waist circumference(WC), hip circumference(HC) and blood pressure was recorded; The value such as blood glucose, lipids, insulin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) was detected; Body fat distribution was detected by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA); While the marker of endothelial dysfunction:von Willebrand Factor (vWF) in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results:The level of vWF in group NMA [(581.43±59.16mu/ml)] and OMA [(809.21±46.31)mu/ml] was higher than group NMN [(466.89±65.29) mu/ml], the difference was significant (P<0.05); and the level of vWF in group OMN [(733.59±86.23) mu/ml] and OMA was higher than group NMN, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Android fat mass(A), Body Mass Index (BMI) and hs-CRP were the main influencing factors of vWF among the following factors:A, BMI, Waist Height Ratio(WHtR), WC, hs-CRP, weight, HC and trunk fat mass percentage (TFM%).Conclusion:(1) Endothelial cells has been damaged in normal weight adult when he has metabolic disorders;(2) Obese adults’ endothelial cells has been damaged no matter he has metabolic disorders or not;(3) Android fat mass, Body Mass Index and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are the main risk factors of endothelial dysfunction. |
