Objective:(1)To compare the difference of the risk factors of gestational trophoblastic disease and deterioration in Han and Uygur people in some regions of XinJiang;(2)To analyze the expression difference of E-cadherin level in normal villi,hydatidiform mole tissue,invasive hydatidiform mole,choriocarcinoma,to explore the relationship between E-cadherin expression and Gestational trophoblastic disease deterioration potential;(3)Retrospectivly analyze the patients whit malignant transformation and summarized its risk factors.Methods:(1)Choosing pationts admitted by First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University gynecological department as gestational trophoblastic cell disease from May2008to May2013in total of108cases;(2)Having statistical analysis for incidence of108cases in Uygur-Han gestational trophoblastic cell disease patients; following up for2years on hydatidiform mole among65cases,for analyzing their gestational age, menopause, serum β-HCG levels; all data using SPSS17.0, ranked data using rank sum test, enumeration data using the chi-square test, inspection level taking α=0.05, P<0.05indicates the statistical difference significance. results:(1) E-cadherin has been expressed both in four groups;(2)E-cadherin expressions in4groups shows decline trend.(3)Among the108patients, the incidence rate in Han and Uighur has a significant difference (Χ2=4.19, P<0.05);(4) women over the age of35years old suffer from high risk of gestational trophoblastic disease incidence(Χ2=4.84,P<0.05).(5) Menopause between the two groups has statistical significance (Χ2=6.19, P<0.05).(6) The negative time of levels of β-HCG at <4weeks groups and between4-8weeks groups do not have statistical significance (Χ2=1.20, P>0.05).,but have statistical significance (Χ2=0.13, P<0.05)at<4weeks and>8weeks.4-8 weeks and>8weeks have statistical significance (Χ2=4.21, P<0.05). Conclusion:(1)E-cadherin were expressed in four groups;(2)E-cadherin has the potential relationship with gestational trophoblast cell deterioration;(3)E-cadherin expression has negative correlation in the degree of malignancy;(4) Han patients have higher risk suffering from trophoblast cell disease than Uighur;(5)Women with age over35years old suffering more from gestational trophoblastic disease;(6)Menopause≥12weeks were more likely to attack malignant mole;(7) serum β-HCG>8at baseline to normal higher rate of malignant transformation.
