Objective:To exploring the value of HE4and CA125as a tumor marker for ovarian cancer early diagnosis.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the level of serum HE4and CA125in1632patients from,concluding138patients with ovarian cancer,1058patients with gynecological benign lesions,214patients with other gynecological malignant tumors,162patients with other system malignant tumors and60samples of healthy women for control group, and to be analyzed, in order to detect the valur of HE4and CA125for ovarian cancer.Results:(1)The level of serum HE4and CA125in ovarian cancer group were higher than those of the health control group, gynecological benign lesions group, other gynecological malignant tumors group, and other system malignant tumors group, there were statistical significance between them(P<0.05).(2) The level of serum HE4and CA125in different pathological types and different ages of ovarian cancer, there were no statistical significance between them(P>0.05); The level of serum HE4and CA125in different stages of ovarian cancer and different degrees of differentiation, there were statistical significance between them(P<0.05); The level of serum CA125in lymph node between positive or negative, there were no statistical significance between them(P>0.05); The level of serum HE4in lymph node between positive or negative, there were statistical significance between them(P<0.05).(3)Detected HE4and CA125independently,the sensitivity is83.38%and85.51%, the specificity is94.00%and79.50%; Joint detection of the HE4and CA125, the sensitivity and the specificity is89.96%and97.54%; Joint detection of the HE4and CA125can be able to improve the rate of the accuracy of ovarian cancer in stages Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ.(4) Compared premenopause group with menopause group, the sensitivity and the specificity of HE4and CA125which were joint-detected in menopause group is higher than the sensitivity(82.00) and the specificity(73.93%) in premenopause group. Conclusion:Combind check HE4and CA125can be improved the value of HE4and CA125for ovarian cancer diagnosis.
