Objective:To discuss the priority selection of scanning sequence of preoperative assessment of rectal cancer of3.0T MR. Methods:61patients with rectal cancer underwent preoperative T, N staging and measure vertical infiltration range of tumor according to specified scanning sequence, contrast the MRI findings and postoperative pathological findings. Results:The total accuracy of T staging of thin-slice T2WI-TRA combined Diffusion weighted image DWI sequence, thin-slice T2WI-TRA sequence,T1weighted-Dynamic contrast-enhanced image T1WI-DCE sequence was respectively90.16%,78.69%and83.61%;k=0.807,0.582,0.678.The total accuracy of of N staging of T2weighted image-Coronal T2WI-COR thin layer combined DWI sequence,T2WI-COR thin layer sequence,Ti weighted-contrast-enhanced image T1WI-CE sequence was respectively81.97%,73.78%and72.13%;k=0.660,0.526,0.493. Using paired samples T test to analyse the results have no statistical difference between T2WI-TRA combined DWI sequence and pathological (P>0.05). Conclusion:The priority selection of scanning sequence of preoperative assessment of rectal cancer of3.0T MR is T2WI-TRA, T2WI-COR thin layer, T2weighted image-Sagittal T2WI-SAG and DWI (b=0and1000s/mm2) sequence.
