The Clinical Research Of Vaccum Sealing Drainage Used In Plasma Cell Mastitis

Objective:to study the clinical value of vaccum sealing drainage used in plasma cell mastitis.Methods:Collected59patients of plasma cell mastitis, indwelled of our hospital, postoperative used vaccum sealing drainage s with mastitis (experimental group) between January2011and April2012random Collected59,nearly five years,patients plasma cell mastitis indwelled of our hospital, vaccum sealing drainage using traditional methods of were led vaseline gauze of (control group), retrospectively analyzed the related clinical data of the two groups of the time of hospitalization the time of incision healing, surgical scar size, level of incision healing, the time of treatment, breast deformation conditions and postoperative recurrence within a year. Results:Observation group hospitalization time, incision healing time, surgical scar size, surgical scar size, the postoperative recurrence within a year and breast deformation happens to significantly less than the control group, significant difference comparing the two groups(P<0.01), significant difference comparing the two groups(P<0.05), incision healing level in the two groups was no significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Plasma cell mastitis postoperative indwelling closed negative pressure drainage, can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and incision healing time, reduce the switching frequency, reduce the patients’ pain, postoperative breast deformation is small, the scar area length is shorten, good cosmetic effect, reduce short-term recurrence, it is valuable for clinical popularization.
