Objective:We investigate the change back from a radiological point of view degeneration in patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis paraspinal muscles on both sides of the area, seeking relationship between pathological diagnosis. Methods:Using retrospective study method, screening of80cases of patients with degenerative lumbar olisthe as lumbar olisthe group, outpatient medical no degenerative lumbar change80cases as control group, T2-weighted MRI image, select the image as L3, L4, L5vertebral body cross-section as the lower edge select plane, and the ratio related data. Between the two groups of gender, age, body mass index difference was not statistically significant. Application of Image J software to measure two L3, L4, L5vertebra lowermost lower back muscles and the deep psoas muscle cross-sectional area, ie the ratio of the measured data is required:lumbar spondylolisthesis group (left lower back muscles deep/the left psoas muscle) and control group (left lower back muscles deep/on the left psoas muscle) compared with lumbar spondylolisthesis group (right lower back deep muscle/right side of the psoas muscle and the control group on the right waist deep back muscles/right side of the psoas muscle) compared to lumbar spondylolisthesis group (left psoas major+right psoas major)/2andthe control group mean (left low back deep muscles+right low back deep muscles)/2compared to the t test for statistical analysis. Results:Lumbar spondylolisthesis group paraspinal muscle cross-sectional area (the left side of the deep muscles of the lower back/left side of the psoas muscle, right side of the lower back muscles deep/right side of the psoas muscle) ratio increased compared with the control group (P<0.05); the mean lumbar spondylolisthesis group psoas muscle cross-sectional area (left psoas major+right psoas major)/2reduced compared with the control group (P<0.05), lower back lumbar spondylolisthesis group of deep muscle cross-sectional area (left low back deep muscles+right low back deep muscles)/2than the control group the mean was no significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Degenerative lumbar paraspinal muscle atrophy, especially in cross-sectional area of the psoas muscle atrophy quantized value decreases in the pathological diagnosis of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis reaction on great significance.
