Comparative analysis of differences in efficacy between the two groups, pain, postoperative complications, and so on.Results:All patients with pleural effusion were achieved clinical cure. A total effective than group B (P<0.05). A complete set of pleural fluid absorption time, diaphragm, abdominal organ injury, lung infections and other complications, chest tube placement, postoperative pain NRS scores, such as the incidence of hospitalization than group B (P<0.05). Two lung infections, lung recruitment, such as contrast mediastinal flutter was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:In the fifth intercostal closed thoracic drainage is feasible and safe, there is always more efficient than the seventh, eighth intercostal closed thoracic drainage group, can significantly reduce the incidence of the diaphragm and abdominal organ damage and other complications, is worthy of further validate the promotion.
