Analysis On Risk Variate Of Axillary Lymph Node Metastases In273Uygur Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective:Analysis of273cases of Uighur clinical characteristics and pathological characteristics of breast cancer patients, to discuss correlative factors of axillary lymph nodes metastasis(ALNMs)from breast cancer and to provide scientific basis for deciding disease condition, estimating the risk variate which influence axillary lymph node metastasis(ALNM)in Uygur patients with breast cancer. Methods:273cases of female Uygur patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analysed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results:Univariate analysis showed that6variates including pregnancy times, diameter of primary tumor, Case type, Histopathological grade,circumferential invasion and Her-2entered the logistic equation. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Histopathological grade, diameter of primary tumor and circumferential invasion were the risk variates of ALNM. Conclusions:More Histopathological grade, larger diameter of primary tumor and circumferential invasion were the high risk factors for predicate ALNM.
