| Objective:To analyze the effects of gestational diabetes on maternal prognosis. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the September2012-September2013in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, diagnosed with gestational diabetes, hospital delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes with complete data (A group:the gestational diabetes group)60cases, and pregnant women randomly selected from the same period of normal glucose metabolism hospital delivery with complete data (group B:namely glucose metabolism in normal group) of60patients were analyzed, comparing the relationship between maternal complications and perinatal complications associated with gestational diabetes. And pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes based on blood glucose control further60cases were divided into group I (satisfactory glucose control group) and group II (dissatisfied glycemic control group), compared to its maternal complications and perinatal complications associated with pregnancy relationship of diabetes treatment.Results:Gestational diabetes glucose control group and the group is not satisfied maternal complications and perinatal complications were higher than normal glucose metabolism and glucose control satisfied group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), in which maternal concurrent disease in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and polyhydramnios based, and perinatal asphyxia and neonatal complications in preterm headed places.Conclusion:Timely diagnosis of diabetes, regular monitoring and control of blood glucose, proper diet and exercise, insulin therapy, if necessary, to strengthen the perinatal period on maternal and perinatal care, timely termination of pregnancy can significantly reduce maternal complications and perinatal morbidity. |
